Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Store Leader. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, learn about the retail industry, and contribute to the success of our Wodonga store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support various tasks in-store and contribute to the store's success.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Leverage prior experience in retail and customer service to excel in this role.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong aptitude for learning and on-the-job leadership skills.
  • A positive and curious approach to work, actively seeking knowledge and experiences.
  • The ability to self-motivate and learn independently.
  • Prior experience in retail and customer service is advantageous.
