About the Role:
In this permanent full-time position, you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide supervision, coordination, and support to the care team. You will demonstrate expertise in contemporary clinical practice, share your knowledge of person-centred care, and empower your team to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents.
You will liaise with medical practitioners, family, and other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure excellence in personalised care. Working closely with a Clinical Manager, your role is pivotal in promoting a culture of service delivery that enhances the lifestyle experiences of residents.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care
- Demonstrated competence in contemporary nursing care, including medication management and assessment
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Understanding of relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
