Executive Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trippas White Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu concepts that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
• Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with our finance team to manage kitchen budgets and ensure financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, team management, and food safety and quality control.
• Culinary Education: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, with a strong understanding of food safety and quality control principles.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and the ability to manage kitchen budgets and finances.
