About the Role

The ANUM Grade 3 at St Vincent\u2019s Hospital Melbourne plays a vital part in our mental health services, providing a rehabilitation and recovery service for individuals with complex psycho-social issues.

As a Clinical Leader, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide case management, lead and support Registered Psychiatric Nurses, and coordinate shifts to ensure high-quality consumer-focused care.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 0.8 FTE, with a focus on wellbeing initiatives, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management to a designated number of residents
  • Lead and support RPN2s and Enrolled Nurses
  • Support the Senior Staff Group in service development
  • Coordinate and manage shifts to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia registration
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in nursing
  • Post-registration qualification in a relevant area of specialty
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in mental health
  • Current National Criminal History Check
