About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Irrigation at the Reece Group. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing the Reece Group's values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch

About You:

We are looking for a student who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, is able to follow instructions, and has a positive attitude. You should be a team player, willing to learn and take on new challenges, and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.

Working Arrangements:

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You must be available to work on Saturdays and are encouraged to take on additional hours during school holidays to support your progress.
