Deliver innovative solutions for land, urban, and subdivision projects as a skilled Civil Designer. This experienced professional will contribute to conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software, interpreting civil design requirements from various stakeholders, and collaborating with diverse teams nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs for subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure using 12D software
  • Interpret civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients
  • Collaborate with diverse teams nationally, including planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping disciplines
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and deliver expert and quality service

About You:

  • Demonstrate experience in civil design/drafting within a consulting environment
  • Possess relevant qualifications, ideally a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Show familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • Display a commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
