Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled education professional to lead our Faculty of Education. The successful candidate will have experience in higher education leadership, teaching and research, and be passionate about empowering Christian discipleship and ministry.

  • This is a senior academic role with responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the Faculty.
  • The appointee will contribute to the College's mission by leading and coordinating educational initiatives, research projects, and scholarship activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement educational strategies to enhance student learning and outcomes.
  2. Lead and manage faculty members, ensuring high-quality teaching, research, and service.
  3. Contribute to the development of academic programs, courses, and resources.
  4. Represent the Faculty and College at national and international levels.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven track record of academic leadership, teaching, and research excellence.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
