Job Title: Cold End Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

This position is part of the Cold End Department, where finished glass containers are inspected. You will utilize your initiative and skills to enhance production performance while maintaining safety and quality. The role primarily involves day shifts, however, flexibility to work other shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, fault find, and repair equipment and machinery.
  • Undertake and plan job changes, set up machines and equipment.
  • Recommend solutions for continuous improvement of equipment and machinery.
  • Complete preventative maintenance.
  • Emphasize high focus on safety and quality.
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Maintenance Fitter trade qualification.
  • B Class Electrical, Forklift, Rigging, and Boom Elevated Work Platform Licenses.
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting and fault finding.
  • Welding/fabrication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Computer literacy.
