HammondCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. As a Carer with HammondCare, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation and Laundry: Assist with cooking, washing clothes, food preparation, and safe storage.
  • Personal Care: Provide showering, grooming, toileting, and other personal care services.
  • Life Engagement and Interaction: Engage with residents, staff, and families, promoting a sense of community and social connection.
  • Observation and Reporting: Recognize, report, and respond to changes in residents' conditions, within your skills and competencies.
Requirements

  • Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or be studying towards a healthcare-related degree.
