Civil Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Worker to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of civil construction projects throughout Western Victoria.

Your primary duties will include:

  • General Labouring tasks such as cleaning and preparing work sites
  • Compacting, leveling, and spreading materials to form roads
  • Routine Maintenance activities including repairs and replacements
  • Operating heavy machinery and equipment
  • Driving trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A White Card certification
  • A Medium Rigid Truck Licence
  • A Traffic Management Certificate
  • A clean driving history
  • The ability to pass pre-employment checks, including medical assessments and police checks

Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, but not necessary. We are willing to provide training and support to ensure your success.
