Key responsibilities:
Lead preparation and review of accounting for income tax and tax reconciliations
Manage annual income tax return and indirect tax obligations (GST FBT PAYG)
Liaise with stakeholders on compliance and tax planning matters
Prepare tax disclosures for financial statements in line with AASB and IFRS
Oversee short-term cash flow forecasting and treasury management
Develop strong relationships with banking partners and maintain banking platforms
Be the key contact for internal and external audit on tax and treasury matters
Support continuous improvement and best practices across the finance function
Required skills and qualifications:
CA or CPA qualified
Prior experience in a similar Tax & Treasury role or as a Tax Manager in a Big 4/Top 10 firm
Strong technical knowledge and analytical capability
Proficiency with Excel ERP and Tax systems
High attention to detail self-motivated and adaptable under pressure
A collaborative team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
