About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to execute on the development of an agentic automation engine that delegates key business tasks to AI-powered agents. This role is perfect for a hands-on product manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and workforce management.

Responsibilities
  • Execute on the roadmap for Gen AI agents that automate complex workforce management tasks – iterating quickly, and shipping impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable, intelligent automation.
  • Research and partner with customers to deeply understand pain points and design AI-driven workflows that add real value.
  • Execute by prioritizing features that deliver business impact while managing technical constraints.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate AI agents seamlessly within Deputy's platform.
  • Track success with clear KPIs, continuously refining and improving based on user feedback and adoption.
