About the Role

This full-time position involves providing high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending suitable hairstyles and treatments based on their hair type and condition.
  • Provide a wide range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Promote salon products and services to clients, increasing sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hairdressing, with at least two years of on-the-job training.
  • At least three years of relevant experience as a hairdresser, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets without supervision.
  • Understanding of colours and chemical composition, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
