Trainee Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Goodstart Albury. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children, while also working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.

• Appropriate Australian work rights.
• The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability.
• Interest in early years education.
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
• Ability to meet our immunisation requirements.
