The role of Lead School Educator requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our nurturing school community. This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated educational leader to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

As the Lead School Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our students and building a strong team culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision that aligns with our ethos of compassion, inclusion, and personalized learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive educational plan that meets the diverse needs of our students.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding lead and collaborate with safeguarding partners to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
- Adapt and tailor the curriculum to meet the unique requirements of our SEN students, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning journey.
- Champion a nurturing pastoral approach, emphasizing emotional well-being, mental health, and social development.
- Support and mentor staff, promoting continuous professional growth and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Primary/Secondary teaching experience.
- Suitable First degree and/or NPQH.
- Experience working with SEN students and a deep understanding of their unique requirements.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate others.
