Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in the HR department, reporting directly to the Group HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with the ability to provide expert advice to stakeholders and support leaders in conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities include contributing to HR strategies, assisting the HR team, and performing general administrative tasks.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, training, and WHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to site General Managers and Department Managers on employee relations matters, company Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation.
  • Support leaders in resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and navigating disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver high-quality services and support to stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as an HR Advisor.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
  • A deep understanding of the Fair Work Act and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
