Senior Financial Analyst - Transaction Services


This role is ideal for individuals with diverse experiences from external audit, CFO advisory, accounting advisory, corporate advisory, professional service firms, or accounting/commercial teams within operational businesses.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Financial Analysis and Due Diligence: Manage the due diligence process, collaborating with buy-side and sell-side advisers to deliver enhanced diligence.
  • Diligence+ and Synergies: Quantify potential value opportunities and identify synergies across various assets.
  • Deal Lifecycle Management: Define deal strategy, support carve-out processes, and manage the deal lifecycle from pre-announcement to implementation.
  • Critical Thinking and Client Advisory: Deliver integrated services that comprehensively address client needs, conveying clear, actionable advice tailored to clients' industry and strategic objectives.
  • Mentorship and Team Guidance: Mentor team members, guiding them through complex tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: Expertise in financial analysis, opportunity and risk assessment, and client relationship management in Transaction Services, Audit, or CFO Advisory.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and commercial flair to generate insights from interpreting data & financial models as well as data analytics.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to apply financial insights to solve complex client challenges.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, coordinate teams, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
