SAP UX Technical Consultant

About the Role

This is a pivotal role in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs that requires deep SAP expertise, including SAP BTP, ABAP, and modern SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Design: The successful candidate will support technical architecture for SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. They will also design and implement SAP BTP solutions integrating AI/ML, automation, and UX enhancements.
  • SAP Technology Leadership: As a technical leader, the candidate will provide guidance on SAP RAP/CAPM, OData, CDS Views, BRF+, and ABAP on Cloud. They will oversee integration with third-party systems and SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PS, ISU).
  • UX & Fiori Development: The ideal candidate will drive Fiori app development and SAPUI5 enhancements for better user experience. They will collaborate with design teams to ensure intuitive, responsive interfaces.
  • AI & Automation: In this role, the candidate will implement AI solutions using SAP AI Core, GenAI Hub, and SAP Build Process Automation. They will integrate intelligent features into SAP workflows and user interfaces.
  • Team & Stakeholder Engagement: The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business analysts. They will engage senior stakeholders to align SAP architecture with strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills managing stakeholders and technical teams across engagement streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, including ABAP, HANA, Fiori, and BTP.
  • Experience in S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield implementations.
  • SAP certifications in BTP, ABAP, and AI are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
  • Deep expertise in SAP EAM and technical architecture.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori, UX design, and SAPUI5.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in SAP environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Valid AGSVA security clearance or Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain clearance.
