Regional Development Manager Opportunity

Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Qualified Civil Engineer with expertise in project management, financial planning, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to required standards.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive growth, manage risk, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Manage and mentor the Regional Development team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive accountability, performance, and professional growth within the team.
Project Delivery & Operational Oversight
  • Oversee project planning, resourcing, and delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain high-quality outputs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Business Growth & Client Relationships
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Build relationships with government agencies, clients, and industry partners to enhance market presence.
Financial Performance & Strategic Planning
  • Manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Align business goals with financial objectives through collaborative planning.
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to ISO9001 and WHS standards throughout operations.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance compliance and efficiency.
