As a transitions consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring contract requirements are met. You will develop strong relationships with providers and promote innovative solutions to ensure successful delivery.

You will have working knowledge of contractual documentation including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements and Minimum Standards. You will also report WHS incidents and safety conversations with relevant managers.

The role is based in the Adelaide CBD area with local travel within Greater Adelaide or Parramatta with local travel within Greater Sydney. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Excellent customer service skills, intermediate computer skills and experience in a customer facing position are required. This role involves extensive on-road work so a current C class driver's license is necessary.
