ITSM Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) consultant to join our team and drive business growth through the implementation of best-in-class IT service management practices.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ITSM professional to lead the design, implementation, and operationalisation of Change, Release, and Asset Management capabilities in client environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering day-to-day operational services, including RFC reviews, CAB coordination, and FSC maintenance.

Key responsibilities include designing and embedding ITIL 4-aligned Change, Release, and Asset practices, defining and coordinating release schedules and readiness activities, implementing asset lifecycle controls, liaising with vendors, and supporting reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ITSM, service operations, or consulting roles.
  • Proven expertise in Change Management and/or Release & Asset Management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, or equivalent.
  • ITIL 4 Intermediate/Managing Professional preferred; Agile or DevOps awareness is a bonus.
