Farm Worker Job Description

PINATA FARMS PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Worker to join our team on our Stanthorpe Berry Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including berry picking, packing, and general farm labouring duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with berry picking, packing, and other farm-related tasks
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
• Perform other tasks as required by management

Requirements:

• Must be fit and willing to do physically demanding work in an outdoor environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Quick to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations
• Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
