Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will work with clients to help them achieve positive outcomes and return to work.

• Conduct remote assessments and vocational assessments
• Develop and implement return to work plans for clients
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including employers and healthcare professionals
• Work closely with our employment services division to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Complete high-level written reporting and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration and membership)
• Previous occupational rehabilitation experience
• Recent experience working with NSW Workers Compensation cases
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
• Positive and client-centred professional with excellent communication skills
• ACN and Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain)
