We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Multi Skills Training. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training & assessment services, ensuring content and delivery meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
  • Ensure content and delivery meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
  • Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
Requirements
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated lifting experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
  • Be accredited by Work Safe (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • You will need to be an Australian Resident
  • Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
