We are seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working with clients to assist them in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations. You will evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, identify future employment or training options, and perform assessments as required.

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA and ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
