Retail Management Opportunities in Northern Queensland
About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Retail Assistant Managers to join our team at various locations across Northern Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting daily store operations, including assisting with team leadership and ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to food safety standards and procedures.
- Merchandising and stock rotation, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Providing exceptional customer service and operating the console.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail management role.
- The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kgs) and maneuver equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
