About the Role

This Customer Success Manager, Commercial role offers a chance to join a well-structured and innovative CS team, partnering with Commercial customers to advance their employee feedback and performance strategy. You will work closely with Account Managers and Renewals Managers to secure renewals and expansions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial customers (100-1000 employees) to drive strategic value and customer success
  • Meet with CPOs, Heads of People, and CEOs to have strategic customer conversations
  • Enable customers in using the platform and the domain of people and culture
  • Manage a large book of business and have effective conversations to help customers take the best path to success
  • Nurture and track renewal success and customer value in the CRM
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities that help Culture Amp and the Customer Success profession grow
