The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, initiative, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for providing supports to clients in the community, including domestic assistance, accompanying individuals on outings and activities, and working in accordance with work health and safety guidelines.

To ensure the highest quality care, our disability support workers must be able to:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Accompany clients on social outings and appointments
  • Document client information accurately and confidentially
  • Communicate effectively with families, workers, and case managers

As a disability support worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a meaningful contribution to the lives of our clients. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Driver's License (provisional permitted)
  • Car with insurance and registration
  • NDIS Worker's Screening
  • First Aid and CPR valid

  • Working with Children Check
Highly Desired
  • Cert III Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Work or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting people living with a disability.
