Financial Analyst

As an Accountant at Programmed, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business growth and decision-making.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance financial operations.
• Support management accounting functions with valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in a distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
