Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Accurately document patient assessments, vital signs, and medication administration.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Supervise and support other nursing staff, including AINs and ENs.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a healthcare setting
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable access to transportation.
