About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our supermarkets located in a remote Aboriginal community in Far North QLD.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the supermarket, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
- Train and develop local team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
