You will inspire young minds by engaging them in meaningful STEM activities. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate to develop, promote, and deliver interactive programs utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, coding, virtual reality, and 3D printing.

This role may suit a technology educator seeking additional challenges, a stay-at-home parent looking for flexible hours, or confident university students pursuing teaching, engineering, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead workshops with school-age children using LEGO Educational resources, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Deliver workshops during school hours, providing teacher training and guidance on integrating technology into the classroom.
  • Develop workshop programs, collect feedback from students and parents, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to operational guidelines and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Evaluate student progress, compile term reports, and provide constructive feedback.

Essential Requirements

  • Comfortable and confident working with technology.
  • A background or interest in teaching, engineering, science, robotics, coding, or related fields.
  • Prior experience with Robotics and Coding is an asset.
  • Reliable, professional, and possess own transport (preferably).
