About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the sales of our fresh food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies
- Support the sales of our fresh food products, including fruits and vegetables, and other products as required
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
