About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Uniting NSW.ACT.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing care and companionship in a household setting.

As a Care Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with our residential care teams to support residents in maintaining their independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living assistance with showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and help at mealtimes
  • Assist with medication and simple wound dressings
  • Contribute to laundry and cleaning tasks
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
