Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. This part-time role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, building meaningful relationships with department managers and clients, and promoting our brand values through kind and professional interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service.
- Determine customers' needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Educate customers about the world of Beauty and Skin Care, our brands, and products.
- Manage customer feedback and queries.
- Assist in maintaining sales counter standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Be aware of and assist in maintaining our merchandising concepts.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for skincare and have good product knowledge.
- Be comfortable engaging with customers and applying products while providing consultations.
- Show ability to multi-task while providing professional and outstanding customer service.
- Have effective time management and communication skills.
