Job Opportunity: Senior Technical Specialist

The growth team is seeking a highly skilled and analytical full stack engineer to help validate customer-centric ideas quickly. This role involves working in a small team to ideate and iterate on the activation experience, focusing on delivering value to customers as fast as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transforming technical elements of tests into minimum viable products
  • Identifying the shortest technical path to validate an idea
  • Implementing tests with analytics in mind

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full stack web development, preferably using TypeScript (React) and PHP (Laravel)
  • Experience in a startup/scaleup environment, focusing on autonomous pods that ship independently of the broader company direction
  • Ability to prioritize investment in handling edge cases versus shipping a test
  • Highly focused individual with great ability to differentiate essentials from nice-to-haves in order to get to the end result as fast as possible

Benefits and Requirements:

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in our offices and 3 days remote
