Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Dispute Resolution team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation, with experience in restructuring & insolvency valued but not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dispute resolution and has excellent analytical, written and oral communication, and legal research skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent clients in all matters associated with complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency.
  • Work closely with leading professionals on high-profile cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients globally to provide seamless guidance and integrated solutions.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued but not essential).
  • Relevant experience in top-tier or leading international law firms preferred.
  • Strong client service focus.
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication, and legal research skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
