Job Title: Secondary Physics/STEM Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Physics/STEM Teacher to join our team at St Catherine's Catholic College, Singleton.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics and STEM subjects to students in Years 7-12, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Physics and STEM subjects to students in Years 7-12
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher
  • Active NESA Accreditation
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Completion of CPR training
