We are seeking a Communications Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clear, compliant, and effective communications to stores.
This includes supporting new concept rollouts and creating tools that enhance the in-store customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a retailer, retail operational experience, strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and adaptability to business change, and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
The Communications Officer will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right outcome for the business.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership experience in a retailer (preferred)
- Retail operational experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to business change
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
