The key responsibilities of this role include building a culture that is centred around people development, creating team succession plans, delivering regular training to store teams, and elevating the team through regular coaching and mentoring. Additionally, the Fulfilment Manager will collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you should be results-driven, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting.
