About The Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team as an Order Coordinator on a 6-month contract. You'll support the functionality and operating rhythm of Buying and Planning departments including all aspects of administration to ensure accurate and efficient purchase orders. It's essential you have high attention to detail, planning skills and meet deadlines. You should be able to work autonomously, problem solve and make confident decisions to support each department.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in Fashion, Textiles or Production
  • Previous experience in retail or another fast-paced environment
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience in data reporting and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and results-driven
