Specialty Coffee Roasting Position

We are seeking a skilled coffee roaster to join our team at our headquarters. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring our coffee is roasted accurately and on schedule, delivering consistent flavors and meeting customer demands.

You will work from Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with flexibility in working hours required due to occasional paid overtime.

  • Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
  • Collaborate with other teams to guarantee all roasts are ready on time.
  • Minimize wastage.
  • Adhere to Safety and Quality protocols.
  • Leverage your passion for coffee by learning about origins, roast profiles, and tastes from our experts during regular cupping sessions.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Focused attention and ability to minimize distractions.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and eagerness to learn our unique roasting techniques.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 24 kg (training provided).
  • AU working rights with unlimited working hours.
