Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to residents in our aged care home.
- Provide daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes, and general mobility support
- Assist with medication management and simple wound dressings
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
