Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team in Tamworth. As a Dietitian with Plena Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred dietetics care to all clients
  • Help improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
  • Deliver educational sessions to promote healthy eating habits
  • Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to ensure optimal nutrition
  • Work closely with external stakeholders and Plena colleagues to deliver high-quality dietetic care
  • Commit to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice
  • Accurately and timely complete clinical documentation
  • Contribute to team culture by embodying Plena values and engaging with dietetics colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current DA registration
  • Willingness to travel for mobile role
  • NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 and Current Flu Vaccination
