You will undertake completion of both Statutory & Non-Statutory planned preventative maintenance tasks and Reactive tasks, ensuring all current and future works comply with Australian Standards 3500 & all other relevant state regulations, legislations & requirements.

Requirements
  • Advanced Plumber – Workers Registration - CBS
  • Gas Fitting – Workers Registration – CBS
  • Backflow & TMV endorsed / licensed
  • Restricted Electrical workers Registration desirable but not required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Plumbing & Gas Fitting industry
  • Sound knowledge & Awareness to AS3500 & local regulations
  • Experience in Facilities Management settings desirable.
  • Strong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self.
  • Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, senior management and Client representatives.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a schedule
