About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Christmas Casuals to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Assistant at Skechers, you will be the hero of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm.

You will be part of an incredible team, making memories, and having a blast in our fun and dynamic store environments. Working with premium products means you will be at the forefront of sneaker culture, always in the know about the latest releases and hottest trends.

You won't just be selling shoes; you will be creating moments that customers will cherish forever. Whether they are searching for the perfect pair for a special occasion or just want to rock their style, you will be there to provide expert advice and guidance.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture, and who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you have a positive CAN-DO attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Requirements:
  • Full availability during peak trading periods, including weekends and late nights
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
