About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for delivering authentic, credible, and positive internal communications campaigns that engage and inform all internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality written and visual materials that convey Lendi Group's vision and mission narrative, including messaging platforms, presentation, intranet/wiki content, digital screen collateral, podcasts, videos, blogs, and more.
  • Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all communication channels.
  • Develop creative, innovative, and engaging content that drives employee and stakeholder support, awareness, and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.
  • Manage our Lendi Group Corporate LinkedIn profile and ensure it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Use agile boards to capture communication initiatives and provide creative support to ensure content has maximum impact and supports business objectives.
  • Support the execution of major campaign launches and continuously monitor industry coverage for trends, staying ahead of social media trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into our social strategy.
Requirements
  • A tertiary degree in communications or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate communications and change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated research, editing, and proofreading expertise.
  • Strong learning agility, stakeholder management skills, and influencing ability.
  • High energy, adaptable to change, with the ability to multitask, prioritize high-profile projects, and juggle urgent inbound requests with ease.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience with Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and social media platforms.
