Teaching and Research Position

This is an opportunity to join our academic team as a lecturer in psychology, contributing to the delivery of high-quality teaching and research programs.

About the Role

This position involves delivering high-quality teaching as part of our teaching team, including participation in moderation of marking. The successful candidate will also undertake course coordination duties under supervision of the Program Director and use a variety of pedagogical techniques to foster student learning.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification in psychology or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of contemporary professional/discipline-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students.
  • Competence in using digital technologies for effective curriculum delivery.
  • Full membership or eligibility for full membership of the Australian Psychological Society.
