About the Role

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an RFP Manager to join their Custody team in Sydney, providing expert support to the sales and client development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the RFP and bid process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and Relationship Manager lead to develop comprehensive deal briefings and winning strategies.
  • Lead informative kick-off sessions with all stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of the different needs of various business lines.
  • Identify and engage subject matter experts to ensure their participation in the initial briefing.
  • Oversee the entire bid process, determining timelines for each stage and ensuring all parties meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with proposal writers to guarantee complete, compliant, and compelling responses.
  • Liaise with print companies to produce high-quality hard copy materials on time.
  • Maintain connections throughout the bid process, sharing knowledge gained and ensuring consistency in follow-up submissions and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge by participating in training sessions.
  • Compile statistics to facilitate the production of meaningful MI related to proposal submissions.

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field; or relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Able to manage priorities, plan, and set deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Securities Services business model, products, industry, and client segments; asset management, asset owner, and alternatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to quality control.
  • Influencing skills to foster relationships with stakeholders and encourage accurate and timely response production.
  • Proposal management and writing experience in a similar financial organization.

Salary Estimate: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
