Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate work schedules and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop team to ensure seamless communication and efficient process flow.
  • Prepare vehicle arrivals by performing necessary checks and ensuring all required documentation is in order.
  • Administer WARP and CCC processes for vehicle arrival and departure.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and meeting their expectations.
  • Coordinate rental car arrangements and handoffs to minimize downtime.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about vehicle status through regular updates.
  • Reorder materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Review and verify repair quality and delivery against established standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry.
  • Any certification in I-Car Australia is highly valued.
  • A valid Driver's License and good driving record are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
  • A willingness to train and develop others is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced collision shop environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
